These images were taken during a 14 day, CIE, "Scottish & Irish Dream Tour" in July of 2012 and the 14 day "Scottish Isles & Glens Tour" in August 2014. These were coach tours. They included breakfast, dinner, on-board guide, all tours, accomadations and luggage handling. These were long tours, many days on the road, but well worth it! There is a lot to see and CIE does a terrific job assuring your comfort.
The Edinburgh International Festival, the Fringe Festival and the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo are held in Edinburgh during the month of August. The Tattoo is only held in August! CIE includes tickets if you travel with them that month. Consult CIE directly for information.
